Barbadillo in Singular is a small part of Bodegas Barbadillo. 200 years at the mouth of
the Guadalquivir River, where the biological installation came into being almost as long
ago as the first Manzanilla wine produced in this Winery.

Barbadillo is the result of people with differing accents in a time-served and unalterable
winery building.
It religiously respects tradition, while adhering to the present.
It is obliged to be aware of experimentation, of modernity, of the new and the perhaps
reckless.
It can be a major winery. It is. Yet it also knows how to downsize its thoughts. And does
so. Only by thinking on a small scale are all details truly observed.

The detail is singular, white from a beautiful concrete vineyard, experimental biological, vintage in the world of the criadera, unique barrel removed from the solera, ecology, anticipation, stored in the bottle. Singular is to assume the responsibility of creating a permeable and shared meeting point.

Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the Region of Jerez, today as always, is a place of creativity.

The company assumes its position with determination promoting proposals that, while already interesting as stand-alone projects, one day will grow beyond the simple sigh that they represent today.
